About Kahuna Bula I was raised in Laie, Oahu a small island community of the North Shore. My Grandmother Kaleiwohiokalani was responsible for my evolutionary growth. I‘m one of five brothers born to Ahi & Cherlyn Logan. At a young age, our parents were really involved with the local community and politics. So they were busy doing their stuff, and Grandma watched us grow up. As a child I would assist Grandma in gathering medicinal herbs or la‘au lapa‘au in the mountains. Sometimes she gathered limu from Laie Bay. Whenever we would get sick, Grandma always had a remedy to cure it. She treated any condition from sores, colds, broken bone, etc. We never did go to the hospital for treatment. As I grew up, I hung around with friends who got into a lot of trouble. We would go drinking, cause trouble, get into fights etc. These were not the best moments of my life and many times I felt lost and confused. I felt really empty inside like I was wasting my life and had no purpose in life. I would spend many nights trying to run away from shame, guilt, and depression and get really wasted and drunk. My attitude and thinking was so bad , all I could think about everyday was how much trouble I could get into and get away with it. We caused so much trouble,we‘re the reason why they built the new Police station in Kahuku. Then one day Grandma told me that I had a mission given from God or Ke Akua to do here on Earth, She said that I had agreed to fulfill this mission in my pre-mortal life. She told me that I needed to cleanse and purify myself to receive further guidance and that I need to quit drinking, smoking and stop causing trouble. I laughed and payed no attention to her request. Until, one day I was awakened by a slap on my feet, She said get up!. I woke up and she told me, that if I won‘t change my wicked ways I would be passed by, and Akua would have to choose someone else to finish the mission. She had a very sincere look in her eyes, and asked me what would I like to do ? Will you stand up and fulfill your destiny? With a humbled heart, I agreed to change and follow the path of Akua in the foot-steps of my Kupuna. My life afterwards became even more challenging and I struggled to be at peace. I became very proactive in Hawaiian soveirgn rights issues and got very angry upon learning more about the in-justices that have been done to our Hawaii nei. This caused me great deal of pain and needless suffering. I became more warlike with everyone around me. It seemed like my Aloha spirit was on empty. Then I met Miho, my wife. She taught me about inner peace and helped sort out my mess. By helping me to address those deep feelings and emotions that caused me so much pain. She showed me the way back to inner happiness. Through her teachings and divine patience I began to fill up my empty heart with aloha again. Miho helped me on the road of recovery. She reminded me of life‘s simple truths.
The journey of healing begins when one seeks healing for themselves. In that quest to heal, they discover that God has helped us to discover our own real truths. He‘s been there all along, ever present, ever knowing. He‘s in you and he‘s in me. He‘s in the air, wind, fire, water, earth, plants, he‘s everywhere. Just be still and feel the presence of God. I witness miracles daily. I have been blessed with training from Master Kupuna‘s like Gradma Kalei, Papa Kalua, Aunty Mahina, Aunty Mahi Poepoe, Tahu Te Rangj o Te Atua Uncle David Nu‘uhiwa,Aunty Kay Napolean,, Aunty Alapa‘i & my darling wife and life partner Miho Fukuda. They shared the wisdom, knowledge and understanding that came from Akua to me. My life would have never been so fulfilled and fun. Glory goes to Akua for sharing Aloha and Gratitude through these people. Are you ready to fulfill your destiny? Get ready and join Akua‘s mission to provide Heaven‘s blessings here On Earth.
